Laser cutting in Gnosjö

We have efficient production and logistics flows that enable us to deliver laser-cut components quickly and reliably throughout the Gnosjö area. Whether it's a small series or larger volumes, we adapt production to the customer's time frames.

We cut everything from stainless steel and aluminium to structural steel and special alloys. Fibre laser technology makes it possible to achieve fine, high-precision cuts, even on materials that traditional CO₂ lasers have difficulty with.

Fibre lasers are faster, more energy efficient and handle reflective metals such as aluminium and copper better than CO₂ lasers. The result is thin, precise cuts and higher production rates.

We can accommodate anything from small batches of around 50 components up to larger orders of 30,000 parts. 

Each component is carefully checked to meet high tolerances and quality. We use modern machinery and integrated systems to ensure that both small and large volumes meet the same standards.
