At Linde Maskiner, we offer CNC milling for the final machining of sheet metal structures. Using CNC-controlled machines, we can machine components with a high degree of precision and carry out, for example, the machining of surfaces, edges, slots and holes.

CNC milling is part of our wider range of services within CNC machining and can be combined with several of our other manufacturing processes.

CNC milling for the final machining of sheet metal structures

In CNC milling, the workpiece is machined using a rotating cutting tool that removes material where required. This method can, for example, be used to machine surfaces, edges, grooves and holes, and we use it for the final machining of sheet metal structures.

CNC milling may be one of several stages in the manufacturing process. A component may, for example, laser-cut or is pressed before being sent on to the CNC machine for final machining. We also carry out welding and assembly when additional steps are required to complete the component.

We carry out both manual and automatic loading and can handle items ranging from 50 to 1,200 mm. Our machinery includes, amongst other things, a Brother robot-loaded multi-operation machine with vision. For round and cylindrical components, we also offer CNC turning.
